Manor Park is a neighbourhood southwest of the core area, tucked in between the beautiful Cove Ponds and Southcrest Ravine. Most of the homes in the area are post-WWII style bungalows, with a few townhouses and apartment buildings.  There are many shops and restaurants along Wharncliffe and there is a large commercial plaza anchored with a grocery store and drugstore at the corner of Wharncliffe and Base Line.

Manor Park borders The Coves Environmentally Significant Area (ESA), and offers its residents multiple access points. There is a diverse range of plant and animal species that live near The Coves and many hiking paths through the ESA that are a short distance from Manor Park. Murray Park provides residents recreation opportunities with a wading pool, soccer field, tennis court, play structure, swing set, and lots of open green space.

Students in the Manor Park neighbourhood attend Woodland Heights and St. Martin elementary schools, and Catholic Central and Westminster secondary schools.
