North Talbot is a neighbourhood just to the northwest of Downtown, running along the north branch of the Thames River. The neighbourhood is known for its shops and restaurants along Richmond Row and many office and residential towers in the southern part of the neighbourhood close to the core.  The housing in the area is a mix of beautiful Victorian homes and high-rise apartment buildings.

North Talbot has many access points to the Thames Valley Parkway along the Thames River, including at Ann Street Park and Harris Park. Ann Street Park has a large community garden along the parkway, and Harris Park has great river views and a large open green space.  The park hosts annual Canada Day Celebrations and other special events.

Students in North Talbot attend nearby Eagle Heights and St. Michael elementary schools, and Central and Catholic Central secondary schools.
