Oakridge Crossings is in northwest London.  The majority of homes in this neighbourhood have been built in the last few decades. There is a mix of single detached houses, townhomes, as well as a large group of high-rise apartment buildings at Wonderland and Beaverbrook Roads.  The corner of Wonderland Road and Oxford Street is the major commercial area in the neighbourhood, with many shops and restaurants.

There are a number of small parks in the neighbourhood, including Sunrise, Capulet, Whetherfield, and the beautiful trails through the Beaverbrook Woods.  Capulet Park has a play structure, swing set, and basketball court, along with five adult exercise stations.

Students in the area attend nearby Eagle Heights and Notre Dame elementary schools, and St. André Bessette and Sir Frederick Banting secondary schools.
